The following email addresses are available for contacting KCAG:
KCAG's meetings are open to the public. They are held at 7:00 PM on the second Wednesday of every month in the
Magg Conference center located at the corner of Volker and Cherry on the UMKC campus.
Every month, KCAG receives a number of contacts from outside groups (mostly Boy Scout Troops) requesting help
arranging everything from meeting presentations to wild caving trips. While KCAG is often glad to help educate
outside groups about caves and conservation, individual members must volunteer to conduct presentations or
arrange/lead trips. Please understand that members' time may be limited and fulfilling your request
may not be possible, especially if you request specific dates.
To help you familiarize yourself with KCAG's policy regarding outside groups, that policy document is available here.
Please take the time to read through it, as any KCAG-led trip requires the outside group to sign the liability
waivers within.
Several other documents have been written by KCAG members that you will likely find helpful. They do not dictate
official KCAG policy but they do contain good advice.
Lastly, if KCAG is unable to assist, you may be able to arrange a cave tour in a nearby state park. There are more
cave tours available than you might be aware of.
